We stayed in one of the one-bedroom pool villas and it was absolutely amazing. The villa was quiet, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor area. The open-air shower in the bathroom was a great touch. The breakfast was delicious and always delivered on time. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. We had a small issue during our stay, but the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and satisfying way. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.

What a wonderful surprise when the door to your room opens and you see what you get. What a great setting, the pool with surrounding garden and the terrific size and layout of your room is simply fantastic. The outside shower was a nice touch also. The staff are wonderful. Walking distance to shopping. Need to take transport to beach, using either free car ride provided by hotel or short cab ride (about $1) to beach. There are plenty of cabs around so no problem there. Plenty of restaurants also.

There were only a couple of things we didn't like about the Kanishka Villas and they were the mozies that desend on dusk and the lack on sunshine on the pool. Although the staff treat you room every day for mozies they are still a problem so take protection with you. The lack of sunshine on the pool made it difficult to use it at times which was a shame. There was also some construction happening right outside our villa which was quite noisy at times (not the hotel's fault).

Friendly staff and prompt service. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, for example Bali Deli and Made's Warung. Taxis are easily available if you want to travel further.

Cleanliness of lower level bedroom. Because this bedroom is housed under a wooden roof, there are I suspect, lizard nests on the roof. Hence, we encountered several lizard droppings in the bedroom everyday. It was impossible to walk barefooted in the bedroom without stepping on one of those droppings. Hence, cleanliness in this aspect could be markedly improved.

I like the details of the room, the private pool and the breakfast. The location is very good since it's not located in the crowded area and this hotel is surrounded by lot of nice shops.

We like the size of the pool. Just nice for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Nice living and dining area. Walking distance to shops and dining places in the Seminyak area. Not far from Legian shopping area maybe around 10-15 mins if there's no heavy traffic.

A lot of mosquitoes though. The kids had bites all over the face and body. Just come prepared with extra repellant patches, coils (get the stronger one) and sprays if possible. Also the shuttle service is till 6 pm only.

Very friendly and prompt staff. The layout of the villa worked very well with us.

Cleanliness was average... Had to tell them to cleanup again to meet requirements. The food was very average however the price was high on Bali standards.

Nice bathroom

Door wouldn't open, water leak into living area, no sun over pool so temperature was very cold, overcharged on bill after we checked out, mosquito coils put in after sun has gone down, water cooler wouldn't work after they changed water, food pretty average.
